With a diverse project portfolio-from mixed-use developments and hospitality to interior fit-outs and restoration work-this builder offers professionals the chance to grow their careers while making a tangible impact on the built environment.Job DescriptionLead project planning, scheduling and execution for projects under $3 millionServe as client-facing point of contact; represent Franjo professionally and responsivelyManage subcontractor procurement: scope, contracts, RFIs, change orders, buyouts, and scheduling coordinationDevelop and maintain detailed schedules, including two-week look-aheads, and distribute to all stakeholdersMonitor budgets, process invoices, support accounting data entry using Timberline or other ERP systemsConduct onsite meetings, kickoff sessions, punch-outs, closeouts, and deliver project manuals & warranty packagesMaintain accurate project records: RFIs, submittals, daily reports, action logs, subcontractor evaluations, and documentation complianceCoordinate permitting and regulatory approvals as neededCollaborate with assistants, project engineers, superintendents, and trades, ensuring smooth executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
