The actual posting represents a position at one of our clients.Job SummaryOur client is looking for a Medical Assistant to support doctors, nurses, and other medical staff by performing a combination of clinical and administrative duties.Key Responsibilities Perform patient intake and room patients efficiently and compassionately Communicate physician instructions and orders clearly to patients Arrive early for chart preparation and patient outreach Assist with immunizations as needed Support basic front desk tasks such as checking patients in/out and scheduling appointments Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow Optionally assist in the onsite lab if trainedAdditional RequirementsWill see 14-16 patients a day, once completed with patient load, will assist in the front office portion (patient intake, scheduling, check in/out).Benefits Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).
