We are seeking a polished and motivated Luxury Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, energy, and attention to detail, guiding prospective residents through a seamless leasing process while ensuring our community maintains the highest occupancy and service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesShowcase Luxury Living: Conduct engaging property tours that highlight the community's upscale features, amenities, and lifestyle.Market Strategically: Leverage online listings, social media, and creative outreach to attract prospective residents.Build Resident Relationships: Foster strong connections with prospects and current residents by providing white-glove service and addressing inquiries promptly.Leasing Excellence: Prepare, explain, and execute lease agreements with accuracy and professionalism.Application Processing: Review and process rental applications, including background checks and reference verification.Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of availability, applications, renewals, and resident communications.Property Management Collaboration: Partner with the management team to ensure units are move-in ready and any maintenance issues are addressed quickly.Community Engagement: Support resident events and initiatives that promote a welcoming, luxury community atmosphere.QualificationsHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Previous leasing, hospitality, or sales experience - luxury or high-end experience is a plus.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, etc.).Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
