Title of Position: Lead Pastor (Part-Time)Name of Church:Cornerstone Alliance ChurchLocation:The church is located in the borough of Dickson City, Pennsylvania which is four miles north of Scranton.Job Description: Cornerstone Alliance Church is seeking a spiritually mature pastor who will serve as a shepherd, counselor, mentor, and teacher for the congregation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about knowing and loving the church and community while bringing clarity to ministry strategies. The church is seeking a pastor with an encouraging and energetic leadership style.Minimum Years of Experience:The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of church ministry experience and proven experience making disciples. Minimum Education Level:If necessary, must be willing to complete the Ministerial Study Program (MSP) upon hiring.Minimum Credential Level: Must be willing to complete the Alliance accreditation process upon hiringCompensation:Bi-Vocational Salary, Health BenefitsChurch Size:Less than 50 for Avg. (Isa. 43:19) for the new church, in a new building, in a new community.
