It's a team-driven environment where initiative is encouraged, contributions are recognized, and professional growth is part of the culture.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Assist the Superintendent in overseeing all on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance.Monitor project schedules, help coordinate daily field operations, and proactively identify potential delays or conflicts.Ensure job site safety compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.Participate in daily walkthroughs to assess progress, quality, and site cleanliness.Help manage material deliveries, equipment logistics, and inventory tracking.Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors.Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and field documentation.Assist in quality control inspections to ensure adherence to plans, specs, and code requirements.Attend site meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination efforts.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
