Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime. Load raw materials and parts into machines, and unload finished products with attention to quality. Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. Inspect parts and products during production for accuracy, consistency, and defects. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from safety hazards. Follow production schedules and work orders with attention to detail and accuracy. Report mechanical issues or production delays to supervisors right away. Assist with packaging, labeling, and moving materials as needed. Adhere to all company safety rules and wear appropriate PPE on every shift. Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards. Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/warehouse setting is a plus. Ability to read basic work instructions, labels, and safety signs. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Physically able to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs). Reliable, on time, and ready to work every day. Willingness to learn new machines or processes. Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
