Why You'll Love This Role: $18/hour starting pay Built-in days off every other weekend Work just 15 days per month State-of-the-art facility with a clean, team-focused environment What You'll Be Doing: Ensure each production line is running the correct product and process Verify labels, expiration dates, and product packaging accuracy Build cartons and displays, then pack products for retail shipment Palletize finished goods and keep materials organized Support changeovers by cleaning equipment, switching out materials, and removing excess Maintain general cleanliness of the production area Lift up to 50 lbs and keep up in a fast-paced setting Follow all plant safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) We're Looking For: A reliable, team-oriented mindset Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift 25 50 lbs Commitment to food safety, quality, and cleanliness High School Diploma or equivalent Be part of something bigger.
