CGP: Accounts Payable Supervisor

One of our leading clients is looking for an accounts payable supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible of managing 4 direct reports, receiving and reconciling accounts payable invoices for all entities. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $85,000 per year. Job Description: Research prior balances and communicate any issues to internal accountant. Consult with Tax Director on general ledger coding for those items that may be expensed or capitalized. Review scans of invoices located in Scan folder prior to input to confirm proper page orientation and all information is complete and accurate. Enter accounts payable invoices into accounting software for payment for all entities on a daily basis. Consult with Tax Director on general ledger coding for those items that may be expensed or capitalized Communicate issues to the internal accountant and communicate with the vendors as directed by the internal accountant Process accounts payable invoices for manual payments and wire transfers by end of each work day. Compile data and prepare reports as needed by personnel Requirements: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to communicate with professionals at all levels Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills Experience: Bachelor's degree a plus 5+ years of relevant experience REF 46352 #LI-POST #ZR
