Property Accountant

Century Group has partnered with a hospitality company who is seeking a Property Accountant talent. This is an onsite position located in Palo Alto. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Requirements: High School or equivalent education required Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Accounting/Finance or Business Education 1+ years of Accounting experience preferred, preferably in a hotel environment Responsibilities: Assist Regional Controller and Staff Accountant in the monthly account reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts. Ensure all reports are kept in storage in compliance with the hotel's established retention period Verify coding of Accounts Payable invoices and submit for processing. Reconcile any vendor statements monthly. Balance Income Journal each day and finalize. Work with night audit team to understand discrepancies or adjustments. REF #43893 #LI-POST
