Job Description: Union Delivery Truck Driver - CDL B Location: Addison, IL Company: Ferguson Enterprises Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM Pay Rate: $21/hour Union Position Why Drive with Ferguson? Home daily - No nights or weekends Union benefits and job stability Competitive health insurance & paid time off Career growth opportunities Be part of a purpose-driven team What You'll Do * Deliver materials to customers and assist with unloading * Ensure delivery accuracy and collect payment if needed * Pick up returns and validate product match * Perform daily truck inspections and report issues * Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies * Assist warehouse team with order prep, receiving, and stocking * Work overtime as needed What You Bring * Valid CDL B license with airbrake endorsement * Minimum 3 years of route driving experience preferred * Must be 21 years or older * DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one) * Ability to lift over 50 lbs * Strong communication and customer service skills * Basic digital literacy * Product knowledge or willingness to learn * Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus Pre-employment drug and background screening required We Take Care of Our Team Ferguson is committed to supporting the well-being of our associates and their families.
