Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Salary: $130,000-$160,000Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a Leading ENR Ranked Construction company. The PM will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates of costs for all construction projects and will be expected to use their expertise to provide valuable input into the pre-construction process.Key Responsibilities:Work with the Project team to develop a work plan, establish priorities and assign tasksImplement, monitor, update and communicate the progress schedule and its periodic revisionsManage financial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, cost reports, and expensesManage Owner Client RelationshipPerform the final review of internal items such as Cost Analysis, Monthly Billing, Master Cost Breakdown and Monthly ReportsManage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades and paymentsQualifications:10+ years of construction experienceStrong background in Commercial Construction and experience with GC Environment Strong oral and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteThe ability to work in a fast paced work environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSo, if you are a Project Manager with Construction experience, please apply today!
