DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Ensures orders are fulfilled accurately and distributes products by location.Essential Functions: Matches product SKU numbers accordingly to the scanner to ensure pick accuracyEnsures the quality of the part within acceptable parameters, ships no damaged productUtilizes creates and or pallets to organize product for shipmentKnowledge, Skills, Duties and Abilities: Able to perform tasks accuratelyMust be detail-orientedResponsible for maintaining familiarity and knowledge of company product line locations and priorities regarding outgoing ordersStrong organizational skills and flexibilitySelf-motivated and customer service driven attitudeAble to stay organized and on taskAble to use scanners in conjunction with the packing processMeet and maintain accuracy and production goalsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a teamComply with federal, state, local, OSHA, and company policies, procedures, and regulationsPerform other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assignedCONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:High school diploma or GED equivalent preferredSuccessfully complete a pre-employment drug testWear appropriate footwear protection and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed by Company policyAcknowledgement of and adherence to all Company policies and procedures as contained within the Fisher Auto Parts Employee and Driver's HandbooksPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassistedFrequently required to walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, squat, and stoopAlso required to climb, push/pull, balance, crouch or crawl, talk, speak, and hearSpecific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusMay be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and/or vehicles, high/precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, various degrees of cold and heat, risk of electrical shock, items of bulky or varying weight, risk of explosion, and/or vibration.
