Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a contract Payroll Administrator to join their team! Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $32 to $41 per hour.ResponsibilitiesProcess new hire paperwork, setting up employees with proper union craft and classManual and software upload integrations to enter time data into accounting/payroll software (Vista, Viewpoint system)Follow up with timekeepers to ensure accuracy; research and resolve discrepanciesAll other timekeeping/data entries for weekly payroll processing, including garnishment and loan deductionsAssist in sorting, printing and mailing of weekly payroll checks, direct deposit paystubs and employee communicationsMonthly union reports and payment processingCertified Payroll reports and Fringe BenefitsQualificationsUnion payroll experience; 1 yearStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProficient with Microsoft Office suiteREF46433#LI-POST#ZR
