Century Group is excited to share a great opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a construction company in San Francisco. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $52,000 to $83,000 per year.Job Description: Maintain accurate financial records for the company Process payroll for employees WEEKLY Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manger Prepare financial reports for management as needed Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Help out with HR functions: managing the 401 k, admin, Handle W2s and 1099s Handle Quarterly taxes and year end Requirements: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to communicate with professionals at all levels Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles Certified payroll experience Construction experience REF #46311 #LI-POST
