Quality Nurse

Located in the heart of Houston, Texas, Memorial Hermann Surgery Center - Kirby Glen is a trusted outpatient surgical facility known for delivering exceptional patient care across multiple specialties. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Nurse to join our team. This full-time role is key to supporting our quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance, and promoting clinical excellence throughout the facility. Required Skills: * Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail * Knowledge of healthcare compliance, risk management, and infection control standards * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Collaborative spirit with the ability to guide and influence staff * Organized, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing initiatives * Comfortable with data collection, analysis, and reporting Required Experience: * Current Texas RN license required * BLS certification required; ACLS preferred * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical or acute care setting * Prior experience in quality improvement, compliance, or infection control strongly preferred * Familiarity with AAAHC and CMS standards is a plus
