Our COS has been leading the team since 2016.Strong Tech Support – Each DVM is paired with a dedicated assistant daily, plus 1–2 floating techs to support appointments. For surgeries, you’ll have 1 CVT and 1 assistant by your side.Surgery/Dentistry Required – We’re seeking a doctor who either already enjoys surgery or is eager to learn. You’ll have mentorship and training to develop your skills with confidence.Appointment Flow & Scheduling – Appointments are 30–40 minutes, depending on the case. Surgery days run 8 a.m.–2 p.m. with no appointments afterward—dedicated time to focus fully on procedures.Flexible Full-Time Schedule – DVMs work 4 days per week on varying shifts (8–5, 8–4:30, or 11–8).
