Job Description: The Human Resources Director is responsible for leading and directing all human resource functions across the district. This position provides strategic leadership and high-level oversight to ensure the effective recruitment, development, and retention of a talented and diverse workforce, in alignment with the district's long-term goals. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, the Human Resources Director plays a key role in shaping and executing human resource policies, promoting a culture of inclusivity, and supporting the district's educational mission through the development of a highly effective team of educators and staff. The Human Resources Director is preferred to have DESE certification, an advanced degree in education or a related field, and experience in human resources management.
