With a strong focus on hospitality, entertainment, and experiential spaces, our team brings creativity, precision, and a collaborative spirit to every build.Job DescriptionManage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and site superintendents.Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations.Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.Resolve design, logistics, and labor issues to maintain project momentum.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
