HiFyve is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) in the manufacturing industry in Washington, MO!Salary: $32-$36 per hour + ample overtime availableShift: Night ShiftLocation: Washington, MOJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment to minimize downtimeTroubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systemsRead and interpret machine electrical and mechanical schematics and blueprintsDiagnose and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electronic circuits, motors, and control systemsUse diagnostic tools such as multimeters and other electrical testing equipmentRebuild, repair, and install mechanical and electrical components and equipmentFabricate or modify parts and systems to support production goalsMaintain clear communication across shifts and with leadership on maintenance issuesContribute to plant-wide goals for safety, quality, and continuous improvementEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Minimum 2 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experienceStrong working knowledge of 3-phase motors, VFDs, overhead cranes, forklifts, and heavy industrial wiringProven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsFamiliarity with PLCs and other automated control systemsAbility to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and schematicsComfortable using Windows-based software and maintenance systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and organizational skills
