Production ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality and compliance with health and safety regulations while optimizing production efficiency and leading a team of skilled workers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily production operations in a fast-paced environmentEnsure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, HARPC, FDA, USDA, and GFSI regulationsDevelop and implement production strategies to maximize efficiency and reduce wasteMonitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologiesTrain, mentor, and lead production staff to meet performance standardsCollaborate with supply chain and quality assurance teams to ensure product qualityMaintain accurate production records and reports for management reviewAct as a liaison between management and production staff to ensure clear communicationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Food Science, or a related field preferred5+ years of experience in production management within the food or beverage industryStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, food safety regulations, and quality standardsBilingual in Spanish and English preferredDemonstrated experience with ERP systemsSix Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plusStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
