Job Description

We are hiring a Quality Control Manager to inspect janitorial work across client sites. You will conduct thorough inspections, provide professional feedback to cleaning teams, and write daily reports to ensure consistent quality. Ideally be bilingual, converse in both Spanish and English. Mentor cleaners on best practices. Log inspection results in daily reports. Coordinate with management on site performance. Work self-directed flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or nights. Requirements:Valid U.S. driver's license. Ideally be bilingual, converse in Spanish and English Ability to travel (up to 10% out of state). Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Previous experience in janitorial services, quality assurance, or facilities management is a plus. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
