Mechanical Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications while leading a team of engineers and collaborating with other departments.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring all phases are executed within the budget and timeline.Coordinate with engineering teams to design and implement mechanical systems that meet project specifications.Utilize project management software (P6, Microsoft Project, Viewpoint) to track project progress and manage resources effectively.Review and approve change orders and ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular site visits to monitor project status and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to foster positive relationships and address project-related issues.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Proven experience in project management, specifically in mechanical or MEP projects.Strong knowledge of project management software, including P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.Familiarity with construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.BenefitsHealth/Vision/Dental InsuranceShort-term and Long-term Disability401(k) with Profit-SharingPTO/Sick LeaveHolidays OffStudent Loan Rebate OpportunitiesContinued Education Provided
