This role is ideal for a professional with experience in healthcare financing, large loan portfolios, and financial risk analysis who wants to apply their expertise on high-impact federal programs.You will work closely with government stakeholders and project teams to provide insights that guide financial risk management, loan portfolio monitoring, and program policy development.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform probability of default modeling, risk rating assessments, and portfolio monitoring.Support underwriting tools, credit memo development, and covenant monitoring processes.Provide scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate economic and policy changes.Assist with ad hoc financial and risk analysis studies for healthcare and housing portfolios.Collaborate with project managers and technical staff to deliver reports, dashboards, and risk insights for federal stakeholders.Contribute to training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for program staff.Ensure compliance with federal standards (OMB A-123, NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP).Qualifications Required7+ years of experience in financial risk management, healthcare finance, or large portfolio analysis.Strong background in financial modeling and risk measurement.Experience with healthcare facilities financing, hospital operations, or FHA/HUD-related programs.Proficiency with Excel and at least one financial/risk analytics platform (SAS, R, Python, or similar).Excellent communication skills — able to prepare clear reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.PreferredMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.Professional certifications: CFA, FRM, CPA, or CFE.Experience with federal housing/healthcare loan programs.Knowledge of NIST, FISMA, and OMB A-123 compliance frameworks.Why Join ALT Solutions?Contribute to mission-driven federal programs with national impact.Join a growing, purpose-driven firm recognized for innovation in analytics and AI.Flexible remote-first environment with opportunities for both full-time and consulting work.Collaborative team culture focused on excellence, problem-solving, and results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
