**Description:** You will be the Executive Administrative Assistant Specialist for the MFC Vice President of Engineering & Technology team/. Our team is responsible for supporting the senior executive and leadership team/. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Executive Administrative Assistant Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our senior executive and the leadership team/. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization/. CITIZEN /- This position is located at a facility that requires special access/. **Basic Qualifications:** -Prior experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting senior executives -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion -Familiarity with Concur Travel System -Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite -Demonstrated ability to multi/-task, prioritize tasks, and adjust to changing priorities -Excellent time management, project management, and problem/-solving skills -Attention to detail and ability to produce high/-quality work products -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels -Must be able to travel if necessary **Desired Skills:** -Experience arranging complex, multi/-site meetings with multiple senior executives -Experience coordinating Facilities and Information Technology support **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match/. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process/. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/.
