Production Specialist

ROLE DESCRIPTION: SKILLS & ABILITIES: * Manipulate small parts (i.e. fine motor skills) * Proficiency and in-house certification in soldering * Proficiency and understanding of how to use measurement tools * Ability to frequently use microscopes * Ability to pass an annual eye exam, as required * Ability to distinguish colors accurately • Ability to pass safety wire training * Ability to work with adhesives, chemicals, etc. as called out in work instructions JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assemble parts per work instructions * Calibrate /ATP test production assemblies * Support RMAs and root cause efforts, as assigned * Support product launch efforts, as assigned • Identify and tag non-conforming materials, as called out in quality procedures * Maintain flexibility to work in multiple areas, as assigned * Collaborate with others in a team environment * Train others, as assigned * Complete other work, as assigned REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER THIS ROLE: MUST HAVES: * N/A WE VALUE: * HS Diploma or equivalent * 1+ year experience in manufacturing/assembly environments * Proficiency with work requiring fine motor skills * Ability to pass an annual eye exam, as required * Ability to distinguish colors accurately Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, the candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
