Pay Rate: $22.00/hour Shifts Available: 1st Shift 2nd Shift What You'll Do: As a Senior Machine Operator, you'll lead the production line, ensuring everything runs smoothly-from setup to final product. You'll monitor performance, uphold safety and quality standards, and support your team to meet daily production goals. Your responsibilities include: Set up and adjust production machinery Monitor line performance and ensure product quality Manage raw materials per recipes and batch specs Perform quality checks (visual, texture, packaging) Maintain accurate production records Train and support team members Collaborate with maintenance, QC, and production teams Follow all USDA, state, and company safety standards Support continuous improvement efforts What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2+ years in manufacturing or food production Knowledge of USDA/CA food safety standards Strong mechanical skills & attention to detail Leadership mindset & team player Able to lift, operate machinery & work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Basic Microsoft Office & production software skills Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
