Runway to SPM!Great work life balanceAbout Our ClientMy client is a trusted commercial contractor specializing in drywall, floor leveling, and complete interior finish solutions throughout the DC metro, Richmond, and North Carolina regions. My client was founded on a multi-generation family legacy in construction, the firm has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, safety, and client-focused service on projects ranging from tenant fit-outs and renovations to schools, medical facilities, and large-scale commercial developments. 85% of work is relationship based and negotiated with returned clients. Their PX was also promoted from within and started as a PM and has just relocated down to Richmond to help launch the new office.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Manage multiple drywall and floor leveling projects from preconstruction through closeout.Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to prepare project bids, proposals, and schedules.Oversee project documentation, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.Support the growth of the new Richmond office by helping establish best practices, culture, and local subcontractor/vendor relationships.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
