Job Title: Phlebotomist II       Job Duration: 6 months (possible extension)   Job Location: Naples, FL 34110 Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with rotational Saturdays 6-10:30am EST   Job Description                                               Key Responsibilities: Perform daily activities accurately, efficiently, and on time under supervisor direction Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens in accordance with procedures Ensure patient comfort and safety while explaining procedures clearly Maintain accurate records and documentation Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards Represent the organization positively to patients, clients, and the public   Job Requirements: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed Reliable transportation (public transit and rideshare not accepted) Punctuality and full-shift availability are strictly required   Education: High school diploma or equivalent – Required Medical assistant or paramedic training – Preferred   Experience: 3+ years of phlebotomy experience – Required Customer service experience in a retail or service setting – Preferred Data entry/keyboard skills – Required
