This individual will be required to work cross-departmentally with product managers and our Research and Development team to validate new system configurations. This is a multi-level posting. Candidates may be considered for a different posted level depending on their level of experience and depth of expertise.This position will be in our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):Perform server prototype assembly, testing, and debuggingPerform server configuration and system performance testingSupport product quality improvement during design and manufacturing stagesSupport technical issues to closure by arranging resources and engaging with other engineering teams to duplicate and debugDuplicate customer motherboard/system issues if neededQualifications:Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other engineering majors will also be considered1+ years of relative working experience in electronic or computer industry will be a plusExperience in assembling, testing, and debugging computer systemsExcellent knowledge of server systems, PC systems, and computer architectureStrong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environmentBasic Linux OS and command line knowledgeSalary Range$82,000 - $133,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
