Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of marine construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationCoordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure seamless project executionOversee construction of marine structures such as piers, bulkheads, jetties, and cofferdamsEnsure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standardsConduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issuesPrepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior leadershipQualifications:10+ years of experience in marine or heavy civil construction project managementProven track record managing waterfront infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of marine equipment, construction methods, and environmental permittingProficiency in project management software (e.g., HCSS Heavy Job, Primavera, Smart build)Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferredBenefits100% medical coverage for employee and employee's family (no copay, not deducted from your check - 100% coverage for medical, dental, & vision)Exceptional PTO benefits (15 days to start + 7 holidays)Company Vehicle
