Hands-on experience in BizTalk 2020, SSIS 2019, IIS 10.0+.8+ years of experience in Operations and ITIL processes.Experience in customer-facing roles, team building, and escalation management.Strong understanding of incident, change and problem management aligned with ITIL best practices.Experience analyzing the impact of critical changes and driving P1/P2 incident calls & troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly.Hands-on experience in installation, configuring, deployment and upgrade of BizTalk applications, SSIS Packages and web services.Experience with WCF-SAP, WCF-Custom, SQL, Oracle, FTP, SFTP, SMTP adapters. Nice to have knowledge of Cloud Integration adapters.Monitoring BizTalk applications with SCOM, BizTalk 360 and other tools. Nice to have experience creating automation scripts and tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Mandatory Skills: BizTalk. Experience: 8-10 pensation: Expected annual pay ranges from $80,000 to $158,000.
