We are a data-driven organization focused on building the first super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible, with services including insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, and more.We recently achieved profitability and have ambitious goals to scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business. You will champion data-driven decisions across critical business initiatives (including carrier growth and development, building new products from 0-1, etc.) and leverage advanced machine learning models to conduct analyses and extract insights shaping growth strategies. You will collaborate with our VP of Data Science & Analytics, Armando La Rocca (ex-BCG, Better), and work in a talent-dense setting designed to accelerate your career growth.ResponsibilitiesPartner with marketing, product, and business development teams to translate customer performance insights into acquisition and growth strategiesLead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features; extract key insights to inform product and business decisionsDefine and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growthIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiencyQualifications & Preferred ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline1-3 years of experience from a top-tier economic consulting firm (Analysis Group, Cornerstone Research, Charles River Associates) OR top management consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) OR relevant data science/business analysis experienceHigh level of comfort with SQL or PythonWho You AreYou have a framework for problem solving and live by first principlesYou are comfortable communicating with audiences from front-line employees to the C-suiteYou set a very high bar for yourself and your team and strive for excellenceAbout Jerry.aiJerry.ai is America’s first and only super app to simplify car ownership.
