The ideal candidate will manage and maintain Windows-based environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role combines technical expertise, strategic planning, and strong communication to support internal teams and external clients.System Administration: Manage and maintain Windows server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy). Ensure systems are patched, up-to-date, and secure.Application Support: Provide technical support for Windows-based applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance and availability.Performance Monitoring: Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high availability and performance.Security Management: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect data and IT resources.
