We value team players, people who are more concerned with what/'s right, rather than who/'s right.The Senior Desktop Engineer – Executive Support will serve as a trusted partner to RH’s Leadership Team, providing high-touch, proactive technical support across a variety of devices and platforms. This role requires discretion, impeccable communication skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of executive-level stakeholders. In addition to supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and AV environments, this position plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations during critical meetings, presentations, and travel.ResponsibilitiesLive Our Vision, Values and BeliefsServe as the primary IT contact for RH Leadership Team members, delivering white-glove support with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.Proactively monitor and maintain executive hardware and software to prevent disruptions.Support high-profile meetings and events, including board meetings and live presentations, ensuring AV and collaboration tools perform flawlessly.Provide expert support for mobile devices (iOS), telecom, and secure remote access solutions.Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Collaboration teams to address complex, cross-platform issues.Handle onboarding and offboarding of executive users with discretion and efficiency.Our Requirements7+ years of IT/Desktop Support experience, including direct support for senior executives.Superb customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust at all organizational levels.Proven ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in high-stakes environments.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, with accountability for outcomes.Availability to provide after-hours and weekend support, including occasional travel, to meet executive needs.Proactive and self-motivated in approach to work tasksExpert-level knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and iOS ecosystems.ITIL Certified a plusApple, A+, MCP certifications a plusExperience with iOS Mobile Device Management (with JAMF or other MDM) is a plusPhysical RequirementsFrequently moving and lifting items up to 50 lbs, while utilizing appropriate equipment and following safety guidelinesPeriodic domestic travelAbout UsRH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.At RH, we are committed to promoting pay equity.
