Director of FinanceA rapidly growing Dallas, TX client is seeking a Director of Finance to join their team. Hybrid work environment.This Director of Finance is a newly created position reporting to the CFO that will oversee all aspects of organizational FP&A function. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, this individual will lead key initiatives in planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive growth and profitability. This is fantastic opportunity to build and shape the FP&A function within a dynamic, high-growth environment.Responsibilities of the Director of FinanceOversee design and execution of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to support informed business decisionsCreate and maintain sophisticated financial models aimed at performance evaluationPerform financial and operational results analysis, highlight key trends, and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiencyPrepare and deliver comprehensive reporting packages, including variance analysis and performance metrics, for senior leadershipWork collaboratively with business unit management on new opportunities, products, and initiatives assessment through detailed projections and scenario analysesMaintain compliance with financial standards and reporting requirementsDrive development of multi-year planning models, including analysis of balance sheet and cash flow impactsCollaborate with Treasury and other functions to enhance cash flow forecasting and support effective liquidity managementRequirements of the Director of FinanceBachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred8-10 years finance experience, with emphasis on Treasury and FP&A functionsGAPP, compliance requirements, and financial reporting proficiencyAbility to effectively oversee all aspects of audit processAdvanced financial modeling experience, with focus on cash flow forecastingStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong attention to detailM&A evaluation, debt financing management, and capital markets experience highly preferredAdditional Details:Salary: $275k bonusEmployment Type: direct hireThe specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
