Collaboration.What you’ll doLead financial strategy, planning, and performanceOversee construction finance: WIP, job costing, cash flow, bonding/insuranceStrengthen banking and capital provider relationshipsBuild and develop a finance team capable of scaling with growthDrive profitability and support strategic opportunities including acquisitions and new investmentsPlay a central role in shaping a new Family Office alongside ownershipWhat we’re looking forCFO or senior finance leader with experience in construction, contracting, or project-based industriesStrong knowledge of construction accounting (WIP, job costing, % of completion)Proven track record in high-growth environmentsComfortable working directly with entrepreneurial ownersCPA, CMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalentExperience in family-owned businesses, Family Offices, acquisitions, or PE-backed environments is a strong plus.What’s on offerA highly competitive executive package including base, bonus, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits.Annual performance bonusLong-term incentives aligned with company and Family Office successThis is a confidential search.
