We believe in continuous learning and development and have a number of programs to ensure the success of our people.ResponsibilitiesRecord daily journal entries and review cash reportingHelp prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages for management approvalHelp prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for management approvalPrepare capital calls and distributions for management approvalCoordinate the delivery of capital call and distributions notices to clients and the investorsPrepare and review correspondence with client investors to address inquiries as neededManage client investor portalsCoordinate and complete special projects as directed by managementPerform other duties as assignedMust work Pacific Time Zone Hours (PST)QualificationsBBA/BS in Accounting or related field requiredCPA license (or in process) preferred0-1 year of experience with a public accounting firm, investment bank, or the financial services industry (or general interest in supporting private equity fund operations and accounting)Excellent communication, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask requiredAbility to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and verbal communication with current and potential clientsStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to work both in a team environment and independentlyEagerness to learn and strong work ethicAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlinesKnowledge of Investran or other partnership accounting software a plusDetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Finance and SalesIndustries: AccountingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Baker Tilly US by 2x.
