VP, Global AccountsLocations: Concord, North Carolina; Indianapolis, Indiana; Rahway, New Jersey; Durham, North Carolina; St. Louis, Missouri; Detroit, Michigan; Cincinnati, Ohio; Atlanta, Georgia.DescriptionPosition at SBM Management: The Vice President of Global Accounts will manage national and global account relationships, focusing on developing strategies for operational excellence and top-line growth with specific customer groups. The role involves developing maximum potential volume from all markets, increasing services, and improving budget performance through high-level negotiating strategies. The VP will create demand for SBM services by identifying, tracking, and measuring customer business value, concentrating on multinational companies with multiple locations. Reports to SVP or COO and oversees various account leadership positions. The role manages $7M+ revenue/month and headcount.Responsibilities:Perform duties successfully and safely; other duties may be assigned.Meet with key clients and maintain existing relationships.Negotiate deals and establish relationships with new clients.Engage with key national/global customers and consultant groups, emphasizing the value of partnership with SBM.Lead and support operational management and client communication, including business reviews.Support strategic initiatives like GMP, Janitorial, Landscaping, MAC, and other soft service programs company-wide.Maintain regular communication with the leadership team regarding SBM’s core business growth and success.Visit key markets periodically to assess operations and promote SBM priorities such as safety, technology use, growth, and satisfaction.Mentor and develop National Account Directors and Managers to strengthen customer relationships.Monitor competitive services and marketing activities.Build relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.Collaborate with corporate departments on initiatives related to key novate to grow new business opportunities, working with Business Development, sales, and marketing.Develop strategic plans and communications for company growth.Analyze sales data from CRM to inform strategic growth plans, reporting findings to the COO.Travel as required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years of related experience/training, or equivalent.Valid driver’s license may be required.Knowledge of HR systems, spreadsheets, and word processing software.Ability to interpret business publications, journals, procedures, and regulations.Proficient in report writing, business correspondence, and procedures.Effective presentation skills for groups of managers, clients, and the pensation: Starting at $k annually (Negotiable)SBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, sex, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other protected statuses.LI-NM1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
