The role offers a collaborative, flexible environment with opportunities for professional and personal growth.Position SummaryThis role is responsible for selling bswift’s Evive digital personalized engagement solution that increases utilization of key benefits programs to help bend the cost curve. The VP of Sales is a self-motivated, tenured sales executive with experience selling direct to employers, via channel partnerships, and working with the health plan and broker/consulting community. The VP of Sales will be self-motivated, have an extensive network, and be passionate about building relationships that generate revenue through new customer acquisition and existing customer up-sell.ResponsibilitiesA passionate, enthusiastic and successful person who wants to be part of a fast-growing team.A key player on bswift’s field sales team to drive net new business and growth of existing business.Collaborate with all Growth team and Evive stakeholders to ensure we sell the right solution.Drive complex sales cycles by coordinating solution consultants, business case development, proposal management and sales support.Implement value-selling processes with knowledge of Evive’s products.Leverage consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers, channel partners, and the broker/consulting community.Cultivate a strong industry network of employers, channel partners/health plans and brokers/consultants and expand it.Succeed in strategic accounts and channel partner sales in a dynamic environment.Knowledge, Education, and ExperienceExperience selling directly to employers, via channel partnerships (e.g., Health plans) and through the broker/consulting community.B.A. or equivalent experience required.Understand strategic competitive landscape and customer needs to position Evive’s benefits across verticals (employer vs. channel).Demonstrated successful sales track record and industry network.Experience selling disruptive solutions in the healthcare and benefits space.Experience as a leader in a team-selling environment.Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of revenue attainment.Why Join bswift?We empower employees to make a meaningful impact, innovate, and grow within a collaborative, dynamic environment that values creativity, initiative, and client success. Final compensation depends on location, skills, education, and experience.
