OverviewTraveling Area Manager Multi-Location Support HeroLocation: Based in New Jersey, traveling between 405 Washington St Hoboken NJ, 22 Riverwalk Pl West New York NJ, and 104 Franklin Ave Ridgewood NJ.Status: Full-Time | Must have reliable transportationAbout the Role:We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy Traveling Area Manager to float between our three scoop shops, jumping in wherever help is needed. Whether it/'s stepping behind the counter during a rush, coaching a shift lead, or supporting a grand opening or local event, you/'ll be a key part of keeping our shops running smoothly and our team feeling supported.ResponsibilitiesTravel between 3 store locations on a rotating or as-needed basisSupport store managers with daily operations, staffing, and trainingFill in for leadership gaps (vacations, call-outs, transitions)Identify operational inefficiencies and help implement improvementsHelp onboard and train new staff, including instilling Ben & Jerry/'s brand valuesEnsure each shop delivers consistent, euphoric guest experiencesMonitor store performance and provide feedback to GMs and upper leadershipRepresent the brand at community events or in-store promotions as neededQualifications2+ years of experience in food service or retail management (multi-unit experience a plus!)A flexible, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude you/'re not afraid to scoop ice cream, scrub counters, or lead a team meetingExcellent people skills and team leadership experienceStrong problem-solving and time management abilitiesReliable transportation and a valid driver/'s licenseWillingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal hoursWhy Ben & Jerry/'s?We/'re more than just ice cream we/'re about joy, justice, and building a better community.
