Implement compliance automation and design regulatory processes.Job InformationTitle: Senior Compliance EngineerLocation: Flexible / RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $95,000 – $155,000Role SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Compliance Engineer to manage and scale compliance initiatives across regulatory frameworks such as SOC2, GDPR, and other industry standards. You will conduct risk assessments, design policies and procedures, and prepare for internal and external audits. This role requires both technical and process expertise to automate compliance workflows and embed best practices across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage SOC2, GDPR, and regulatory compliance programs.Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for control improvement.Prepare documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.Design policies, procedures, and frameworks to meet compliance requirements.Collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams to align compliance with operations.Requirements4–7 years of experience in compliance engineering, risk management, or related roles.Strong knowledge of SOC2, GDPR, and regulatory frameworks.Hands-on experience with GRC tools and compliance automation.Proven ability to manage audit processes and prepare documentation.Experience in policy and process design for compliance programs.Excellent organizational and communication skills.About the OpportunityThis role is ideal for someone who thrives on bridging technology and regulatory requirements.
