OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned litigation attorney with a strong background in civil matters to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team.ResponsibilitiesHandle complex civil litigation cases from inception through resolutionRepresent clients in matters involving Premises liabilityRepresent clients in Sexual abuse claimsRepresent clients in Product liability and other tort-related disputesConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discoveryParticipate in depositions, mediations, and trialsCollaborate with internal teams and external expertsQualificationsMinimum of 6 years of litigation experienceActive license to practice law in Washington StateProven track record in handling sensitive and high-stakes casesStrong writing, analytical, and courtroom skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines independentlyCompensation & ScheduleBase pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yrHybrid Schedule (2 Days In Office) - Manageable Billable ExpectationsAbout UsWe are a respected litigation firm with offices in the Pacific Northwest, known for our deep expertise in civil trial work and our commitment to client advocacy.
