What You'll Do All Team Members: * Prepare fresh subs and catering orders * Deliver excellent customer service * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store Leadership Roles (Shift Leaders, MITs, Managers): * Lead, coach, and develop your team * Oversee operations and uphold brand standards * Learn all aspects of store operations through our MIT program Opener Role - Be the One Who Sets the Tone: * Open and set up the store for daily operations * Prep fresh ingredients (produce, meats, cheeses, bread, etc.) * Make subs the Mike's Way - slicing, grilling, sprinkling, wrapping, expediting * Operate the register and provide friendly customer service * Cross-train and handle all in-store positions after training * Receive and organize truck deliveries * Assist with inventory, cash management, and basic facility maintenance Requirements: * Positive, energetic, and reliable attitude * Must be 18+ for Shift Leader, Opener, and Manager roles (slicer use required) * Opener Schedule: 5:00 AM-3:00 PM (truck days) or 6:00 AM-3:00 PM (non-truck days) * Managers: Valid driver's license, flexible availability, and ability to work all shifts * Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated * Able to lift up to 50 lbs * Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and coachable mindset * Leadership or restaurant experience a plus - we will train the right candidate Why Work With Us: * Clear career path: Crew → Shift Leader → MIT → Manager → Store Operator * Training, mentorship, and performance-based promotions * Free meals during shifts * Health, dental, vision benefits & 401(k) with company match * Paid vacation, holidays, and year-end bonuses Our Culture: We lead with integrity, teamwork, respect, and development.
