Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and coordinate efficiently with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals. This role requires a proactive approach to implementing and maintaining quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities + Prepare and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. + Develop comprehensive project plans with field teams, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. + Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project goals efficiently. + Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment by coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams. + Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular inspections and quality checks. Essential Skills + Experience with Waterproofing, Joint Sealants, and Expansion Joints; Waterproofing experience must not be with roofing projects. + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. + Experience managing 2-3 projects over $500k simultaneously. + Strong communication skills for regular interaction with General Contractors and Owners. + Proficiency in project management, painting, and commercial building, specifically Division 7 construction. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred). + Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting or construction industry. + Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques. + Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and solve problems proactively. + Proficiency in project management software, accounting software such as SAGE 300 CRE, and Microsoft Office Suite. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lorton, Virginia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
