Our team is driven by collaboration and powered by a shared commitment to excellence across every job site and every project.As we continue to grow our pipeline of projects throughout Central and Southern New Jersey, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Superintendent to join our team and lead field operations from the ground up.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Be DoingLead all on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors, vendors, and field laborDevelop and maintain short-interval schedules; coordinate closely with Project Manager on long-range planningConduct daily safety meetings and enforce strict compliance with OSHA standards and internal safety policiesEnsure project milestones, inspections, and deliveries are completed on scheduleMonitor quality control and adherence to drawings/specificationsAct as the main point of contact on-site for clients, architects, engineers, and inspectorsMaintain detailed site documentation including daily reports, field logs, RFI tracking, and photosAnticipate field issues and resolve conflicts proactively with minimal disruptionCoordinate site logistics, equipment, and materials handlingFacilitate site meetings with trades and stakeholdersEnsure punch lists and close-out documentation are completed accurately and on timeMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
