Machine Operator

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Saturdays required as needed) Pay: $18.75/hr What You'll Do: Handle raw materials, including bean loading and soaking Operate production line equipment, including curding, extracting, auto seal, auto pack/Autocoup, and pasteurizing Manage rework, waste disposal, and packaging processes Complete production paperwork, maintain accurate records, and report any equipment or process issues Collaborate with Production Leads and other departments to ensure efficiency and quality Analyze root causes of issues and recommend corrective actions Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to Safety and GMP regulations Perform other duties or projects as assigned What We're Looking For: High school diploma/GED or equivalent Prior food manufacturing experience preferred but not required Forklift experience is a plus High energy, productivity, and team-oriented mindset Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, twist, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and stand throughout the day Why You'll Love Working With Us: Enjoy weekly pay every Friday, access to a dedicated local team that supports your success, employee discounts, referral bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options tailored to you and your family.
