Our small, dynamic team operates out of a 10,000 sq. ft. facility in East Rutherford, NJ. We value collaboration, innovation, and the personal growth of our employees. What You'll Do Dedicate 80% of your efforts to acquiring new customers, expanding market share with small and medium-sized companies. Spend 20% of your time growing and nurturing existing customer accounts. Recommend products, introduce new offerings, and address unique customer needs promptly. Monitor purchase order deliveries, ensure product quality, and verify powder specifications. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Provide regular updates on sales activities, transactions, and forecasts. What You'll Need Proven B2B sales experience (powder coating sales a plus). Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience. Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to connect with diverse personnel, from management to production teams. Technical aptitude to understand industrial processes and product data sheets.
