The focus should be on the position and not the current incumbent. Shift: 1st but must be flexible to work when needed on off shifts. Summary: The Role of the OE Lead is to eliminate process losses on equipment, support the team leads and equipment owners (EO) to create process standards, and coach Line Teams on using standard tools to perform problem solving activities. They are responsible to implement, maintain, and continuously improve the standards of the Daily Management Systems (DMS) they own. They lead the Centerline, Organizational Change and Changeover Daily Management Systems (DMS), as well as data analytics and problem-solving tools.The OE Lead owns Digital Coach for KHMS and 5S. Responsible for the execution of AAP and identifying/addressing gapsEssential duties and responsibilities:Eliminate process losses on equipmentOwnership centerline, organizational change and changeover DMSs, RCFAParticipate in daily meetings with process measures, output measures and health checksLead RCFA process and drive corrective/preventative actions with key stakeholdersAssess line team skillsExecute projects as aligned within daily meetingsOwn Digital Coach for KHMSOwns 5S for the processExecution of AAPDocument control for CL, CIL and other production related documentsSkills & Abilities: These are key observable/measurable skills, knowledge and behaviors required that contribute to successful performance in the position. And the following skills:Strong organizational skills and both oral and written communication skills are a must for this positionCapable of learning intermediate Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word, Matrics and ZPI skills.Ability to understand and mentor management systems including but not limited to CIL, CLM and 5S.Ability to understand and write WINs, SOPs and OPLs.Strong communication skillsTyping skills and ability to manipulate data through the use of spreadsheetsAbility to work cross-functionallyMust be self-managing or have a history of being a self-starterWORKING CONDITIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.Must be willing to work on any shift as needed, even though primarily a first shift position.
