Pay | $17/hour, $1 Shift Differential added for certain shifts Schedule Options: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | Days | 8 or 10 Hour Shifts 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | Evenings | 8 or 10 Hour Shifts 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday | Overnight | 8 or 10 Hour Shifts 4th Shift: Friday - Sunday | Weekend/Days | 12 Hour Shifts Training may take place on a different shift Responsibilities: Troubleshoot machinery, perform minor repairs, and follow established production processes for Danfoss products. Read and interpret blueprints, control plans, routers, job instructions, and tool requirements. Learn, apply, and retain techniques and procedures to continuously improve products, processes, and services. Exceed quality standards set by customers, value streams, and facility expectations. Remain flexible and shift between work areas to support delivery goals and overall plant productivity. Promote teamwork and cooperation while working under direct or indirect supervision. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; support 5S initiatives and lift up to 50lbs.This is an entry level position; training will be provided!
