Description Bookkeeper Wanted for Real Estate Company - Solana Beach A boutique real estate company in Solana Beach is on the hunt for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their vibrant and growing team. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have experience with bookkeeping in a fast-paced industry, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic team where every day brings new challenges. What You'll Be Doing: + Maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. + Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings. + Ensure accurate financial reporting and assist in preparing reports for leadership and clients. + Manage property transactions and general ledger entries in an organized manner. + Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, tax regulations, and industry standards. Requirements + 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the real estate or property management industry. + Familiar with QuickBooks or other accounting software. + Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). + Knowledge of taxation and real estate accounting practices is a plus.
